Yes. Disconnect from inside TrueFio with one click, or revoke directly from the platform's app settings. All your data stays exportable for 30 days after disconnection.
Only what's needed for analytics — campaign performance, orders, shipments, and gateway fees. Each card above lists the exact fields. We never pull customer PII (phone, address) unless required for a specific feature you opt into.
Most every 15–30 mins. Shopify webhooks deliver in real-time. Shiprocket polls every 30 mins. You can trigger a manual sync from settings.
We retry automatically with exponential backoff (3 attempts). If it still fails, you get an in-app alert. We never silently drop data.
Only one optional feature: Meta CAPI. We send back your DELIVERED orders (not orders placed) so Meta's algorithm becomes more accurate. You control whether to enable it.
